Appetizers

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp: $12; Bringing the bayou to the gulf. You peel 'em and enjoy!

Loco Wings (x 6): $6; Fat and juicy... the perfect hangover cure, or perfect anytime. Served Buffalo style with celery and bleu cheese.

Loco Wings (x 12): $11; Fat and juicy... the perfect hangover cure, or perfect anytime. Served Buffalo style with celery and bleu cheese.

Loco Wings (x 24): $22; Fat and juicy... the perfect hangover cure, or perfect anytime. Served Buffalo style with celery and bleu cheese.

Peel-n-Eat Shrimp 1/2 lb: $13; Fresh jumbo Gulf shrimp served with cocktail sauce.

Crab Stuffed Shrimp: $13; Five large crab stuffed shrimp, fried golden brown, served with a creole remoulade sauce for dipping.

Smoked Tuna Dip: $8; Served with celery and Tortilla chips.

Calamari 1/2 LB: $11; Crispy fried rings and tentacles served with key lime mustard and cajun remoulade.

Chips and Salsa: $5; Chef Mike's home made salsa. Perfect with beer. Perfect with Margaritas. Perfect on the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect!

Onion Rings: $10; Fried to perfection. Enough to share!

Crab Claws (1/2lb): Market Price; Fried or sauteed. Seasonably available.

Seared Crab Cakes: $14; Two seared jumbo lump crab cakes over a bed of mixed greens served with a tropical fruit salsa and cajun remoulade.

Fried Green Tomatoes: $6; Thick slices of green tomatoes, dusted with corn meal, deep fried and served with a black bean and corn salsa.

Cheese Sticks: $7; Fried Mozzarella served with Marinara sauce.

Signature Salads

Dressing: Ranch, Honey Mustard, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese, Greek, Italian, Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette, Thousand Island.

Shady Grove Tomato Salad: $7; Local vine ripe tomatoes, fresh corn, field peas, and crispy bacon tossed in a basil balsamic vinaigrette.

Fresh Spinach Salad: $7; Crisp bacon, walnuts, red onions, hard boiled egg, feta cheese and a raspberry balsamic vinaigrette.

The Meditteranean: $8; Spring lettuces, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, capers, croutons, fresh mozzarella and a tomato-oregano vinaigrette.

The Not-So-Cobb Salad: $8; Vine ripe tomatoes, fresh avocado, grilled red onions and goat cheese tossed with fresh basil, lime juice and olive oil.

6oz seared tuna: Add $8
6oz grilled sirloin strips: Add $7

Soups

Seafood Gumbo: $7; A Gulf Coast Favorite, with Shrimp, Crab, Fish, and Okra. New Orleans style.

Shrimp and Corn Chowder: $7; Rich and creamy corn chowder overloaded with shrimp.

Sandwiches

Sandwiches served with french fries or coleslaw.

Schooners Burger (10oz): $9; Certified Angus beef grilled to perfection. A legendary burger on the Gulf Coast.

Jerked Chicken: $8; Chicken breast marinated in a special blend of jerk seasonings.

Blackened Tuna BLT: $12; Lightly seasoned ahi tuna steak, served on toasted focaccia bread, topped with green leaf lettuce, beef steak tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon & wasabi mayonnaise.

The "Grueben": Market Price; Grilled grouper filet, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing on toasted marble rye. Try one, you'll be hooked!

The "Scuban": $10; Schooners version of the classic Cuban sandwich.

Po'Boys: $9; Choose between fried popcorn shrimp, fried Appalachicola Oysters, or gator sausage.

The "Soprano": $9; Genoa salami, capicola ham, proscuitto ham and crispy pancetta, piled high on toasted Italian bread with mozzarella cheese and a zesty olive spread.

Gulf Fresh Grouper: Market Price; Commander's Palace executive chef Jaime Shannon (winner of 1999 America's Chef of the Year, James Beach Foundation) says this is the best sandwich in the world! Real fresh grouper. Awesome. Grilled or fried.

The "Uptown" Club: $9; Smoked turkey breast, slow roasted corned beef and swiss cheese on toasted foccacia w/ iceburg lettuce, marinated tomatoes & onions and russian dressing.

Italian Roast Beef: $10; A mound of slow roasted beef simmered in a savory marinara sauce. Served open-face on toasted garlic bread and topped with provolone and parmasean cheese.

Fish Tacos (2): $12; Grilled mahi served on flour tortillas with cheddar-jack cheese, fresh homemade salsa and key lime slaw.

Add $1 each for Applewood smoked Bacon, fresh mushrooms, Sauteed Onion, American, Swiss, Pepper Jack, Cheddar, Provolone, or Blue Cheese on any sandwich.

Lunch Baskets

Gulf Fresh Grouper: Market Price; Almost impossible to find the real thing these days... but this is it! Delicious fried or grilled. Served with tartar sauce. Seasonally available.

Fried Popcorn Shrimp: $9; A generous portion of succulent popcorn shrimp, served with cocktail sauce.

Fried Oysters: $9; Fresh Apalachicola oysters fried golden brown. Served with cocktail sauce for dipping.

"Gulf Fresh" Chicken: $8; Tender and simple. Have it fried or grilled. Served with honey mustard.
