Appetizer (Choose One):
BAY SCALLOP PUFF PASTRY WITH LOBSTER CREAM
Fresh bay scallops, spinach, diced tomatoes, and onion baked in a flaky
puff pastry shell topped with a creamy lobster sauce.
SMOKED DUCK AND ROASTED ANDOUILLE GALETTE
Smoked duck breast, roasted
andouille sausage and apples, with caramelized onions, and goat cheese
baked in a flaky pastry crust garnished with
a balsamic reduction.
CREAMY LOBSTER AND CRAB BISQUE
Smooth, rich, and creamy. Simply perfect.
Salads (Choose One):
CHOP SALAD
Julienne iceberg lettuce, spinach, and radicchio tossed with
sliced red onions and mushrooms, chopped green olives, bacon, hearts of
palm, croutons, bleu cheese lemon and basil dressing.Topped with crispy
fried onions.
BABY ARUGULA SALAD
Fresh baby arugula tossed with sliced red onion, cherry
tomatoes, avocado, and a warm bacon dressing. Topped with chopped egg and
crisp bacon.

HERBED ROASTED LOIN OF PORK
Sliced herb crusted pork loin served with
wild mushroom risotto and a roasted shallot parsley broth.
POTATO CRUSTED RED SNAPPER
Fresh filet of red snapper seasoned and baked
with sliced purple potatoes and fresh herbs
served over creamy polenta topped with a rosemary chive infused oil.
PAN SEARED MEDALLIONS OF BEEF
Pan seared beef tenderloin medallions served
with sage and scallion mashed potatoes topped with a creamy cognac sauce & hay
stack onions.
All entrees served with chef's fresh market vegetables.

MARSCAPONE BREAD PUDDING
White chocolate and mascarpone cheese bread
pudding topped with a whiskey almond sauce.
WARM CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ CAKE
Moist chocolate cake baked over macadamia
nut cookie garnished with warm chocolate ganache, whipped icing, and fresh
fruit.
